Mark and I are pleased to announce that we won the OMFLit Blogger MIBF Adventure Contest. The latter was OMF Literature's creative way of perking things up at the 32nd Manila International Book Fair last September.
We also would like to share this recognition to all the other bloggers who submitted equally wonderful entries as well. I also would like to thank Mark for dragging me into this. With such very good friend as a partner, it never felt like a contest at all.
The books that we got as a prize are new titles from OMF Literature. The variety in this lot shows that the bookstore caters to various audiences with different needs - young adult fiction, relationship, discipleship and leadership, just to name a few. Indeed, this bookstore continues to be relevant through the years.![]() |

Kuya Bren,

Wow! Congratulations!
Hey, if you're giving away books, can I have "Between a Rock and a Hard Place" or "Three Weeks with My Brother"? Bwahahha. Just kidding. Borrow lang ko Bren. Pleaseeee!! :-)
I see you have "Say You're One of Them". Bought one a few weeks ago, and I picked it off my shelf just this morning kay mao na akong sugdan basahon. Don't tell me if the book sucks kay basin ako nalang ibutang balik sa shelf to gather dust. Hehehe
Hi Mai, text me your mailing address ASAP before I change my mind. :)
Khon, the 3 books you mentioned (which I wished someone would eventually notice actually) are just among the many reasons why I frequently drop by various Booksale branches. Aside from the bargain prices, some titles are not even sold in the Philippines.
Hmm... I'll see if I can find these titles again. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind lending these books to you. :)
